Your policies and agenda ARE the specifics!

I would say the Tea Party has been pretty successful. Not bad for people from real America.

And if republican policies don't work then why do democrats continue them? What significant republican policies have they overturned? None. But as long as your team is in power you think everything is grand. LOLs. Statist.
No, because compromise is what it is about. That is what we hire these people to do, go in and make compromise until we get something that is livable and workable. This is not a football game.

We wanted a single payer health care system and what happened was the republicans let the corporations, mainly insurance companies, continue on. So, the best that could be done, given the rhetoric that was being flung about was to regulate them. And what happened was an extremely watered down version of health care reform that none of us are extremely pleased with because for some reason the insurance companies are still in there. We aren't very pleased that Colorado gets the mostest for medicaid payments (unless you live in Colorado). There is no public option.

One of the first things that Obama did was repeal the Global Gag Rule, which was extremely harmful.

I love how the minority party has somehow become the manifestation of some sort of Schwartzenegger, Stallone action figure in politics. Until Scott Brown, who is hardly a staunch conservative became vote #41, there were just enough democrats to do whatever the president wanted. If the proposal wasn't a good idea, they just threw a few perks and another stack of money on whatever was keeping someone from voting for it with a good conscience. These payoffs created the supposed "astroturf" uprising, the rebels became a little more popular with every condemnation, now he wants to go point by point to get his "thank You' for all he's done, please.

Lookig at Obama the specific are whatever is in Pelosi and Reid's bills even without reading it. In fact Obama had no specfics o his healthcare plan and still hasn't comeout with them as the bill is only general as it is now. Its has goals only. He has a huge amoiunt of funding comoing from non-specfic savings that he has no idea where it will come from. In fact he cut medicare without s spefic plan on where to cut the plan just we will save money.Where is the unanswered question.
