al-Qaeda is now beheading Iraqi children!

Soldiers from 5th IA said al Qaeda had cut the heads off the children. Had al Qaeda murdered the children in front of their parents?
Maybe it had been the other way around: maybe they had murdered the parents in front of the children. Maybe they had forced the father to dig the graves of his children.

America can NOT abandon these people.
WE broke it, Bush has made a mess of Iraq, and it is now our responsibility to help the Iraqi people defeat al-Qaeda and try to improve security.

The problem is we can't hold their hands forever. We bought them democracy with the life's blood of American servicemen. What they do with it is now up to them. Time to pull out.

Each side commits atrocities. Documenting them only perpetuates them as it adds fuel to the fire on each side. Whatever it takes to end it--that doesn't involve further atrocities or deaths--must be the only thing we focus on.
If you see a fight, do you stop and point out the bruises and blood to the participants?
No, you're first impulse is the right one: you END it.

AL, I have heard some Middle Eastern experts say that the only reason any of the Iraqis put up with Al Qaeda at this point is because they kill our soldiers, which is the one thing all the fighting factions agree with. If we were to pull out, they hypothesize the Iraqis would no longer have a need or want al qaeda in their country and would dispose of them pretty quickly. We broke the country, it is not going to get taped back together. No offense to our servicemen, but the problems go way beyond their localized rebuilding efforts. They are dealing with tribal hatred of Biblical proportions over there and they are stuck in the middle. Let's not lose another American life and pull them out of there. Thanks again, Bush, you moron...

The Iraqis are on our side against al-Qaeda. WE are on the same side with former Sunni Iraq Insurgents, also.
They are sick of having their families slaughterd by al-Qaeda. These attrocities are the beginning of the end for al-Qaeda in Iraq. They are being hunted as we speak.
Ironically, al-Qaeda's attrocities against Sunni and Shia has created allies with the U.S. Military. They understand that the U.S. Military does NOT want to stay in Iraq.
In the beginning Sunni Iraqis did not trust the U.S. Military. They definitely don't trust the Shia dominated government. After all the attrocities by al-Qaeda Sunni Tribal Shieks and Sunni Iraqis have become allies of the U.S. Military to kill al-Qaeda.

What photos bothered you so much? You can barely tell that it's a body with all the dirt covering them.
I am surprised that you took such great offense.
Their is absolutely no blood at all and you can barely tell what they are and that should be considered "Extremely Graphic"?
This is reality!

I wasn't offended, I simply thought that others might be. "You can barely tell it's a body" is not an encouraging review for the uninitiated! In my view, any dead body shot is disturbing, but perhaps that's because I've been away from the TV set for too long.
