Some significant events are in progress, extremely important developments in the grand pathogenesis that reflects the deep decay and deterioration in the US financial structure. The most recent events pertaining to mortgage loans, home foreclosures, and disclosed fraud carry great potential to open extremely wide cracks in the American social order. Revealed systemic fraud is slowly coming into the open. Civil disobedience has already entered the arena of popular protest. However, the recent events surrounding illegal home foreclosure seizure of properties elevates the exposed fraud to a very clear high new level. This is a boil ready to break open, releasing financial puss. The cases where people have been removed from their homes, even when no bank loan exists (as in owned free & clear), by means of fraudulent, forged, and counterfeited documents, has finally provoked RICO law provisions. Witness organized crime extended from Wall Street, whose roots lie most likely in Fannie Mae itself. The legal industry has finally joined the fray in class action lawsuits. Defense citing errors made have been met with accusations of fraud, quite a different game.

Jim Willie is a gold bug but he has called quite a few things in the past that have come to be, this letter is a good read but scary,,,,,,

And our government is aiding and abetting them.

HR3808 passed the House and Senate and is just waiting for Pres. Obama's signature.
H.R.3808: Interstate Recognition of Notarizations Act of 2009 - U.S. Congress - OpenCongress

Allowing electronic notarizations be recognized in any state..no consumer protection whatsoever.
Keeps those high frequency foreclosures right on track and let's the banks continue to do what they do best..cheat and steal.

Here's an article on it..

Is HR3808 The Equivalent Of TARP 2 And Obama's "Get Out Of Bail" Gift Card For The High Frequency Signing Scandal? | zero hedge

Bank foreclosure cover seen in bill at Obama's desk | Reuters

"Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner told Reuters in an interview that the law would weaken protection of homeowners by requiring many states to accept lower standards for notarizations.

She said it was "suspicious" that the law unexpectedly passed just as the mortgage industry is facing possible big costs from having filed false or improperly notarized documents."

Is Obama going to sign it, and allow fraudulent foreclosures to continue?

I was shocked when I read this today, especially when a bunch of senators, including the bloated hypocrite, Bob Menendez, of NJ were outraged about the massive fraudulent foreclosures. Meanwhile there was a quiet, secret unanimous/bipartisan vote to make it more difficult for the courts to stop foreclosures.

Bruner brings up a good point about the timing but what is remarkable is how the banksters can get the puppets to act so quickly. This problem is very recent but some how the banksters were able to get bi partisan support for needed legislation. My money is on Obama signing the legislation, what choice does he have? does he want to **** off Barnanke and the banksters who are buying our treasuries?

What will happen with the "so called" investigations of the banks from the Obama administration on...

The Obama administration put $50 billion from the financial bailout toward helping the housing market and reducing foreclosures.

Obama and the DNC will lose even more votes if Obama signs or otherwise causes HR3808 to be enacted. DU is absolutely enraged:

Here you go... link to tell Obama what you think of HR3808, the bill that will allow banks to continue to use fraudulent documentation to foreclose on homeowners:

If it were you and I sitting at a table reasonably speaking with one another, respectful to all parties involved as if they were our own children equally, and we were grounded in the spirit of fairness what would we be doing?

America and citizens are not against legitimate commerce. I am not against the true mission of the financial sector which has facilitated considerable productivity in USA throughout our history. Most are not opposed to well thought out deregulation for antiquated blue laws, however, deregulation applied wantonly creates a wild wild west environment that tramples the core principles of law, undermines good governance, and creates injustice for every citizen (not just in America, but throughout the world). This permission is destructive to the Union and even world peace.

Much as we all hate bail outs and stimulus, I have evidence to believe that all politicians in office since this beginning are faced with problems that are (at their root source) beyond their jurisdiction. The responsible parties used the law to skirt the law leaving honest citizens hobbled to defend themselves. The banks have allowed themselves to be tricked, tricked others to try to save themselves, and perpetuating cycles of victimizing each other is not going to solve problems or restore justice.

Evidence...

Read up on the entire subject, see the gaping hole in law defended blindly under the heading of 'deregulation'.
