Where's Canada? There are First Nations in Canada, and I would want be most comfortable near other North American Indigenous people. Outside of the drug war zone, (which won't last forever) I'd be okay in parts of Mexico too, but I hate hot weather.

Before I made a choice...these would be the concerns I would want to know about..

1. Crime rates...

2. Corruption of governmental officials...

3. Countries constitution...(very important)

4. Ethnic tolerance...

5. Employment opportunities for non nationalized citizens..

6. Affordibility (How far would my American dollors stretch there)

7. Sanitation...

8. Medical care, facilities...

9. Political parties that rule that nation, and their mindset...

10. Housing cost and or affordability...

Just a few things I would want to know before I made my decision to leave for another country...

BUT if I had to make a choice it would be Canada, Australia or New Zealand. The cultures are reasonably close to ours, I've lived or visited in all those places, and I have good friends there.

That would be a huge problem as there is hardly any place you would be allowed to work. So you can only hope to be rich or a senior citizen
