The bill, known as the Interstate Recognition of Notarizations Act, would require courts to accept documents that have been notarized in another state -- leaving some people targeted by banks in foreclosures vulnerable.
Thats not a FLAWED foreclosure.. thats allowing people to jump through loopholes. Would you be celebrating if states didnt recognize marriages, drivers licenses, and other legal documents from other states? I'll be sure to bring this up if you support recongizing gay marriages in other states..
