Who are you referring to? Rush is neither fat (used to be) or a drug addict (was addicted to prescription pain pills prescribed by a doctor), but is no longer.
Of the two (Rush and Obama) only Obama is currently addicted (to nicotine).
Consider how fat Rush really is I think it's quiite a flattering picture.
