In this story where a Saudi prince is on trial for murdering his male servant/lover in England, read the lame explanation he gives for why they were sharing a room with one bed. It seems Saudi princes are poor liars-- probably due to the fact that they never need to make excuses for their actionss in Saudi Arabia, no matter how perverse or murderous.

Story here.

Maybe he was just reading him a bedtime story, you know, after a few forbidden drinks?

I would say.....for a man who's father is nephew to the king, he is not a very good Muslim. Even if he does not have homosexual activities, his "manservant" wearing a "Jack Daniels" t-shirt is not very proper, if you ask me.

Oh wow, this is stuff you just can't make up...
Quote:
He was immediately arrested on suspicion of murder but refused to answer questions, instead giving the police a statement in which he explained why the pair shared a room.

“We preferred to save our money for shopping and evenings out.”
As if Saudi royals need to be money conscious. And then later he states:

Quote:
“I am a wealthy Saudi, my father is nephew of the King.
