I personally do not believe that people are "born" homosexual, it's just a feeling I have, I believe that there is a cause for homosexuality. If people are born gay, does that mean that pedophiles are born to be pedophiles? Does this also mean that people who are sexually attracted to their blood related members are born to have incest or are people born to be sexually attracted to animals or corpses? If people start thinking that, does this mean we'll have to accept people who molest children or people who have sex with animals? Right now those sexual thoughts except for homosexuality are considered to be mental disorders, sexual disorders and deviant. Homosexuality used to be considered sick and deviant as well, why isn't it anymore?
Give me an explanation as to WHY you think homosexuals are born homosexual and why you are so certain that people are born as homosexuals.
Faulty argument. Just because someone is born a certain way does not mean that society must accept it.
It really does not matter whether gays are born that way or not, our society is getting to where the general consensus is that we should not discriminate against gays. The rest of your examples will not need to follow because of it. At one time, society deemed women too frail and illogical to vote - should we have said "if women can have the vote, who's to say we won't be accepting necrophilia tomorrow?"
If someone were born a psychotic with murderous desires, it does not follow that society will have to accept their way of living (killing) just because the person was born that way.
If you want to know why homosexuality is not considered a mental disorder, there is plenty of expert material online, or you could ask a psychologist or physician.

These are such tired old arguments, and they're not even very good arguments. You're comparing nonconsensual sex with children and animals to consensual sex between adults.

Science, education, research, knowledge, etc. It's not 1950 anymore.

So why aren't premarital sex or oral sex considered deviant any more? Could it be because they are prized sexual practices of the dominant culture?
Why don't you rail against those too, since they aren't missionary-style heterosexual married vaginal sex for the purpose of procreation? Failure to do so would be quite hypocritical of you.
I just don't want them pushing their sexuality and habits in my face, nor demanding my children and grandchildren be taught that lifestyle/choice/persuasion or whatever the hell it's being called these days. If one wishes to accept that they can do so when they're older and make decisions without the indoctrination being preached in schools now.
Now, many of ya'll can twist and read into that whatever you will. Because we KNOW some of you will.
A good friend of mine is a gay man who was raised in a VERY fundamental Christian home. When he came out to his parents, they disowned him, kicked him out of the house and still to this day refuse to speak to him. He was 15 when he came out. He's 28 now and he and his long time partner have a beautiful little girl who will never know her grandparents. The last time he went to his parents house, his father ignored his pleas to talk and backed over him with his truck and drove away without a word.
People say it because often they have observed it by knowing very young children who were "different" that grew up came out as gay. Oh, plus all the sciency stuff.
Give me an explanation as to WHY you think homosexuals are born homosexual and why you are so certain that people are born as homosexuals.
#1. Pedophiles and gay people have nothing to do with each other. At least understand that.
#2. I know gay people are born that way because I knew I was attracted to women before I even knew what 'gay' was or that it was wrong or different or abnormal (I was 4 and in kindergarten).
Given my ideal childhood with no 'trauma' or hateful men (actually, I had many positive and loving male AND female role models), I can see no other reason than I WAS BORN THAT WAY.
My wife has a similar story.
