What were these WMD? When did Iraq "gas" the Kurds? How long after Saddam gassed the Kurds, was it before we invaded Iraq with this intelligence?

Was GWB afraid Saddam would gas us Americans?

I am not understanding the connection.

Nobody claimed there was a connection, you're just purposely trying to make one that isn't there. You made a comment about Iraq and WMDs, did you not?

I voted for McCain even if he has long been my least favorite Republican. I was very upset when Obama won. But looking back now I'm glad he did. I don't believe McCain would have governed much different than Obama. McCain is the #1 RINO of all time. He would have done all the bailouts (he favored TARP) and would have gone for most of the stimulus. He would have worked with Democrats like he always has. Things would be very similar to the way things are now and Republicans would be getting the blame.

Because Obama won and overplayed his hand to the left, is spending us into oblivion, giving us the longest run of high unemployment since the 1930s, etc. conservatives are ENERGIZED like never before. If McCain won we would never have the type of midterm election we are about to experience.
The best thing is that because McCain lost we will have a much better Rep candidate in 2012.
