Back to the real topic, there is plenty of evidence to support that Crossroads GPS is illegal. And Karl Rove, of all people, can hardly plead naivete, or ignorance of the FEC law, so there is a good chance he could be investigated for criminal activity by the DOJ as well.

Title of thread says FEC should investigate. Complaint was filed by campaign funding watchdog group because there is plenty of supporting evidence against Karl Rove (shock!) and his Crossroads GPS organization.
In addition, Tea Party + Karl Rove does not = non-partisan grassroots group. This is same old Republican Party illegal/dirty tricks tactics, wolf in wolves clothing.
I've been watching GOP dirty tricks since Tricky Dick and Watergate, Tea Party is no different, as a matter of fact, it's bigger & worse!

Who cares what the thread title says? See post 59 where you say they are being investigated, they are not. The only evidence exits in the paranoid corners of the left's mind (such that it is).
There is no law that says the grass roots organization has to be non partisan. I love the way the left just casts aspersions with no actual facts it simply reinforces that they are in full panic mode.
I have one comment left to make in this thread. Aspiesmom, you are blatantly and unabashedly stirring the pot. You've demonstrated your one-mindedness and inability to think beyond your box.
The left never does anything shady, never buys politicians, donates money to politicians with complete transparency, is never backed by agendas or special interests, always tells the truth and has this country moving in the right direction. (as harps begin to play in background)
