That's not what I posted, but why am I not surprised by misrepresentation?

The most interesting part of this story is how the news is reporting it. They make it sound like Anita Hill tried to destroy Thomas when if my understanding is correct, she just answered the questions asked of her by government workers truthfully when they were doing a check about him. Was she supposed to lie to the secret service or congress under oath?

The person who has suffered the most through this is Anita Hill. That is how life is. Sometimes you have to suffer for doing the right thing. America needs more people like Anita Hill. I have the upmost respect for her.

No surprise here either. Humorless as well as hopeless pretty well describes the current "progressive" mindset.

For good reason.

It amazes me sometimes how people can post things with a straight face. The only giveaway is often some egregious misspelling.

I'm just wonderng if Clarence Thomas woo'd his wife with the same classy approach; you know, putting his pubic hair on her coke can, porn movies, etc.. I mean, the guy is a hopeless romantic.

Isn't that the truth. He sounds like some kind of Bill Clinton clone.

I wonder what Anitia Hill's motivation was for selling this story rather than just ignoring the voicemail if she still doesn't want to apologise? It couldn't be a financial or political motivation could it?

Based on her reaction to the television cameras around her today she definitely has no interest in being a media figure. She has plenty of time before now to cash in if she wanted to. Remember Virginia Thomas CALLED HER. She simply reported the call to Brandeis University authorities since the voicemail was left on her office phone and she thought it might be a crank call.
