Another Democrat? Do you think Obama won't be up for re-election? Can you explain how the Republicans got us in a ditch?

Only time will tell. I know plenty of people who voted for Obama and plenty who will do it again. The Tea Party Obama bashers are constantly trying to say that the majority of Americans agree with them. What they fail to realize is that some disapprove because they don't think he's liberal enough. Those voters will still not vote for a Republican.

I don't have any tea party friends and the only place I hear about how much people hate Obama is on forums like this and the occasional bumper sticker. If I were like Tea Partiers who surround themselves with like minds then say that no one they know voted for or will vote for Obama, I would be saying just the opposite. If I were to base what the majority of Americans feel on my circle of friends, associates or political rallies I've attended, I could say that the majority of Americans will vote for him but I am not so closed minded to think that the majority of Americans think like me or my friends. We'll just have to see in 2012.

54% say no second term, that's now, wait 2 more years, it wouldn't surprise me if that number jumped at least 15% higher.

This idiot Obama does not have any skills, knowledge, talent or leadership abilities to even order a kids meal at McDonalds without screwing it up.

The best thing about Obama is the gift he has given us to know that we need to rid ourselves of the liberals running things if we even want an America left.

And he is already being mentioned as one of the worst ever. Him and Jimmy are neck and neck with Obama now puling ahead because of his massive mistakes only 2 years into the job.

Will we even have an America left if Obama continues his daily mistakes and failures trying to destroy our nation?

Obama is a gift that keeps on giving and he will be the gift that will end liberalism in America hopefully forever.
You feel this way, however, you greatly underestimate how many people such as myself think Obama is an exceedingly intelligent individual with outstanding leadership skills.

He is being touted as one of the worst ever by those on the right during an unprecedented downturn in the economy that has been years in the making. Both Democratic and Republican policies have contributed to the downturn. Thinking people know this and never expected the economy to be fixed so quickly. Furthermore, do you truly believe if Carter were president, the Dow would be over 11,000?

Finally, Reagan was president during a time the internet did not exist. Imagine what his detractors would be saying to the entire world, accessible to all if the internet existed. He would be even less popular due to the internet as people such as yourself but on the other side of the political spectrum would continuously be spewing hatred on pages like these while never fully explaining exactly what the president did wrong.

There goes your chance.

Obama being intelligent - What makes you think that? Most intelligent people accomplish something, which he has not. If he was so smart he would not be driving the bus over the cliff like he is. Anyone with any intelligence and an open blank checkbook would have been able to fix the mess we are in by now instead of making things worse. In fact much worse. His decisions and mistakes prove his lack of intelligence.
Sorry but for a book smart person with some education he sure cannot make a good decision to save his butt on any issue not matter how easy.

Obama a leader - I cannot believe you even stated that. He has shown zero leadership skills and only has the select few sheep who will follow him right off the cliff he is taking us to. People follow real leaders because leaders know how to get things done, how to get people believing and how to get the right people in the right jobs to make things happen. He so far has not done any of those things.
He is not a leader in any way shape or form. He is all talk and no action. Something a leader does not do.

Another Obama follower who has to use the DOW to find something positive in Obamas term. Sad when you have to use this one item to make him look good. And when it drops below 10,000 and someone post you are silent like a bunch of sheep in the night.

His record speaks for itself. An open checkbook, massive money dropped at his feet and he has made thing far worse then better.

Zero accomplishments for the majority of Americans under Obama prove he is in way over his head.

Massive broken promises and lies that he has been caught in also show he is just an empty suit who cannot do the job.

He is a total embarrassment to our country and to the men who sat in that oval office before him.

I believe he is a gift to America. He came along at the right time in our history so we would see that America needs to steer clear of liberal socialistic ways like he wants us to be like and the majority wont allow him or any other liberal to keep heading that direction.

20% of Americans are liberal, not enough of you for him to win a second term while most of those 20% wont be stupid enough to vote for an empty suit who has been an utter failure from day one.

21 months and already the worst record of failures of any President in our history.

Guess we will see the impact of your so called leader come November when the people will be voting on the liberals failures ( referendum on Obama for sure ) and the road to making things much worse in America for so many people.

3 1/2 years of liberals controlling the congress with 21 months of Obama in the WH and not one good thing accomplished for America.

Stop fooling yourselves, I haven't even seen any good ideas from the GOP.
so you think lower taxes, and less government spending are bad ideas?

i doubt that anyone in the democrat party will put up a serious challenge to obama in 2012. sure there will be token opposition, but in the end obama will get the democrat party nomination for 2012.

as for republicans, there are plenty of up and coming stars, bobby jindal for instance, tim pawlenty for another. as for republicans being crackpots, give me a break.

and dont forget the democrats had control of the purse strings starting in 2007, when spending really started to rise again, as did the deficit.

It wouldn't surprise me if it dropped 15%, either. No one knows what is going to happen in the next two years.
