This is unbelievable! Typical coming from the BO and we are dealing with as President. This takes taxing to a new level. What is next? Lemonaide Stands??

I will add that this women was interviewed, along with her children, on Fox News this morning and said she does now have the proper paperwork. I guess she is now considered a 'big, corrupt, corporation' that needs to share with those less fortunate.

Yes, I'm sure Obama himself decided to do this.
Wouldn't it be a local taxing authority?
And a local taxing authority has exactly what to do with anything on the federal level?
Nothing would be the correct answer.

Stay informed about local, county, state and federal rules.
They differ.

From your link:
"We're still open," Kami Charais told the Lewiston Tribune, which reported the Idaho State Tax Commission had called for the closure of her neighborhood pumpkin stand in this mill city along the Snake and Clearwater rivers.

And the problem with filling out the proper paperwork is?

local government officials were probably upset that she didn't bother to go to them for a business permit so they could gouge her for bribes.

Did you even read your link?
This has nothing to do with the feds, it's an Idaho tax commission story.

Sorry, the law is the law. If a license is required for a roadside stand, it doesn't matter if it's some kids and a mom, they still need to get it. If an exception was made just because it was 'cute kids' doing it, then a precedent is set allowing others to break the rules.

I see no problem here, just more ranting from people that live their lives to be offended and insulted.

Is this a new tax levied by the BO, whom we are dealing with as President?

Or are you just... airing out your hate-machine-fed fantasies in public?

So many of you do that. Please get a grip.

What is unbelievable is that you don't seem to understand that local permits and state sales laws don't have a thing to do with Obama.
