Has about as much chance of happening as a Tooth Fairy sighting.

In fact, if there was a Republican President and bulletproof Republican majorities in both houses of Congress, it still wouldn't happen.

Once an entitlement is passed, aint no going back. These same pols hate Social Security and Medicare too. Why haven't they repealed that? I think you know why.
