My fellow Americans, tomorrow we win, we win. Or we lose, we win

Obama's Power to Produce Progressive Legislation May Increase Dramatically Tuesday | Antemedius

'...For the next two years any bill passed by the House and by the Senate then goes to Barack Obama for signing into law.
The same is true for all bills, and will remain true for all legislation the republicans try to develop over the next two years.
If they can even get a bill to his desk, the republicans will need Barack Obama to sign their legislation into law....'

I disagree. You need 60 votes to pass almost everything in the Senate. We're going to see more Regressive legislation get voted on. I don't see much getting done, but I would like both sides to get together and pass some robust infrastructure legislation. Our infrastructure is archaic and it would put Americans back to work.

It's up to Congress to produce bi-partisanship, and we've already witnessed what the Party of NO thinks of that.

Do I detect a bit of I hope, I hope, I hope? Win, win seems a bit hopeful although you don't manage to say anything about the problem that Dems will have in the Senate and the Oval Office if the Republicans pass something that the people want.

Nope, I think your win no matter what sounds a bit like HopenChange.

Just more of that "We win no matter what happens" They don't understand that if they manage to keep things at a standstill all they do is get themselves thrown clear out in 2012.

Now who becomes the other party of NO? I guess you just don't understand that with the number 60 the Dems become the real party of NO because their majority will be very small after tomorrow.

Are you referring to Democrats when they blocked social security reform not more than 4 years ago. Or when they said the mortgages in this country were fine just a few years ago. Both things repubs wanted to work on and the dems said no.

The mortgage industry collapsed. Social Security ran a 25 billion dollar deficit in 2010 and will never again break even.

Thanks democrats. Putting your petty little games ahead of America has bankrupted us.

Democrats- Party of NO

You thread title along with the source of your words seem to me to be aimed at talking Republicans into staying at home since they can't change anything by voting. It is sad as hell that something like this has to come up just before the election. It is too obvious what you all are aiming at.
