The very first thing is to make permanent our current tax code, that will have the most immediate effect on our economy and give some sense of security to those who actually create jobs . Make clear cap and trade is completely off the table and then start the never ending process of dismantling obama care.

I'd bet that the Republicans will now advise all Americans to get a much bigger wallet in order to accommodate all that money they are going to obtain for their loyal supporters, I also suspect we'll see a federal government now ran by two or three people not to mention a few public hangings of EPA employees who were guilty of harassing the poor folks at the Clean Coal Coalition. Come spring there'll be a BBQ where they'll wolf down "Pelosi Burgers" and witness an incantation by Christine O standing on a tea pot float being pulled by a team of Husky's driven by none other than the next president of America, Sarah Palin.

Meanwhile the Dems will be busy trying to drum up some support from their buddies in that vile pit of socialism we call Wall Street. Seriously though, this latest scene from the three act play titled, "Those Poor Clueless Voters" won't change much for the average American, the real beneficiaries will be big oil, big polluters, and a host of other "sponsors" of the new kids in DC. Obama will probably leave office at the next election and at that point I think we can expect some real change. LOL.

Are you a wealthy CEO or the owner of a big oil company? Is that why you advocate in the interest of the rich and big corporations?

I'm wondering why those Bush tax cuts for those "who actually create jobs" hasn't done much in the way of motivating those folks to "actually create jobs" up to this point. Ah, but silly me. Let's get out there and make sure that the wealthy corporatists get even wealthier and that we pay taxes for them.

Your question is based on a unproven assumption. But I'll be nice and help you along: "Full faith and credit", Google it.

Solidifying the tax code (mainly AMT, Tax increases and the extreme burden of adhering to the tax code) which will put more money back in to the hands of people that create job, take money out of the hands of people that interpret the tax code to those job creators and give our structure stability in the future.

Right now there are too many variables for anyone to invest in anything because they're facing possible tax increases from the AMT, Obamacare and Cap and Trade. Businesses plan for the future by knowing what will happen, not what possibly might happen especially if what might happen is they'll find themselves with less money.

It will probably be a dog and pony show bill which the Republicans (nee Tea Partiers) know has zero chance of passing but which their ever dimwitted base will eat up. It will be the substantive equivalent of announcing they love kittens and hate bad things.

You mean like the Democrats and their "single payer" healthcare system?
