Latinos in California had a far more negative view of the GOP than other voters — almost 3 in 4 had an unfavorable impression, to 22% favorable.
"The brand name is still a tremendous liability," said Allan Hoffenblum, a former Republican consultant who runs a nonpartisan election-tracking publication. "People of color are just turned off by the Republican Party."
Maybe Marco Rubio can pull more Latinos into the Republican Party, but overall, it's going to be an uphill battle to make the Republican Party less white.
Well, since this is an opinion thread, I think people of color are blinded more by the blame stream media than by reality. Give 'em a chance they'll probably learn to think for themselves.

It just so happens the GOP tent has expanded wonderfully - we now have a few black conservatives that won, hispanic women, Indian women, more gays......the hits just keep coming for the Left.

Well, latinos voted more for Dems in Cali, so of course Dems are going to use that to segregate and divide American citizens into groups. Dems do not see humans. They see race.
