We get it, we understand that you love weed. You want smoking weed to be legal and you came really close in CA to passing a law about it. We really do get it but in this economy people have a lot of other things to worry about.

We get it, you really do believe that all conservatives are 100% alike and believe the exact same thing... even if we don't you still want to believe we do because in your mind that makes us easier to attack. You feel all warm and cozy when you convince yourself that we all hate gays, we all appose gay marriage, we all want to kill illegal aliens, we all spit on black people and secretly want to own slaves, we all love Jesus and feel that the US should be a theocracy, we all support Palin and we all want to move to CA.
They keep finding ballot boxes out in San Fransisco Bay. Wonder what the Framers would think of that.

If you want to "GET" the Democrats, shut up and listen to them. Not the occasional extremist that hogs the microphone, but the average person who claims the Democrat label. If you really GOT it, you'd know they are hardly that much different from the average person on your side. And you would only GET it if you put aside all the crap that crowds your brains with mushy distortions designed to make Americans hate each other.

Demonizing other citizens is more destructive to our country than any terrorist attack from the blackest nightmare imaginable could ever be.
We listened to the Democrats, alright. What we saw was the country collapsing under its own weight of debt. What we heard was President Obama say that wealthy people don't need all that money, so lets give it to people who need it more. And in so many words, let's tax people at the top more so eventually we'll be at parity. What is that but socialism? Marxism? or whatever you want to call it.

This country has been buckling under debt long before Obama.

Yet what did Obama actually DO?

Actions speak louder than words.

He gave out CORPORATE WELFARE to corporate entities who are supposedly "too big to fail" out of everyone's tax dollars via TARP ... what kind of SOCIALISM is that? It sure as heck doesn't have anything to do with capitalism ... capitalism means "sink or swim" and if you can't swim, well too bad, you deserve to be out of business.

Obama's actions are typical of a political puppet of the corporate elite:

Socialism and giveaways of taxpayer cash to = corporate elite (which ensured that their multi-million dollar bonuses weren't interrupted)

Sink or swim "capitalism" = for everyone else, who has to pay for the corporate socialism.

PolitiFact | The Obameter: Tracking Barack Obama's Campaign Promises

Don't forget he cut most people taxes too.

Aside from your tiny grasp of economics, TARP was a Bush plan.

Aside from the democratic support of ending the tax-cuts Bush set in place--which were heavily weighed in favor of the wealthy, the "corporate welfare" keeps the country from going into a severe depression. These "tough economic times" are significantly better than what would have happened--"no economic times."

I fully agree. We've been looking for ways to fix things, but to no avail. Obama, though, was really piling it on. We should be looking at some European countries who are actually doing things to fix their economies. Turkey and Greece were wake-up calls.

I knew that already:

No personal attacks necessary, pal. My problem was with Obama actually carrying it out.

I think the TARP money should have been more geared towards helping out actual people instead of corporations. It's really all a joke. Look at the big impetus put on "green" industries and "creating green jobs" with subsequent incentives for doing so ... there's just one little tiny thing they "forgot" to put in that one. It should have said the incentives would go to companies who created jobs in the USA. But nah. As I type this, companies are racking up the big incentives for creating manufacturing jobs outside the USA ... case in point: wind turbines being manufactured in China.
