Petition has over 310,000, of which I am one, on it now. I'm sure that was taken account as he was brought back rather quickly from a suspension originally termed "indefinite"..
I wonder how many Faux News personalities would have been rallied around that quickly by so many people.

One thing that struck me as funny about this whole thing is that the lefties came to the defense of the white guy, but not the black guy. Just saying....
Anyways, I may not agree with Olbermann's politics, but what he did didn't seem to justify his punishment. I'm glad that MSNBC rec'd the backlash they did.
I'm curious - did you think that Juan Williams being FIRED was a justified punishment? Both were accused of violating their contract.
He knew nothing about the "rule"? Hmmm, he professes to be BRILLIANT, yet he didn't read his own contract.
