I'm in agreement with you.

But we've gone pretty far down the PC path now, almost to the point where the victim is viewed as the bad guy in some cases.

We'll have to see which way this one goes.

Should special accommodations be made to honor Muslim sensitivity?
Oh, hell no.

The people most likely to be carrying explosives under their burkas are going to get a pass while innocent, everyday Americans, women, children, grannys get hassled and molested by the government?

Something is very wrong here.

We can thank the Left and the PC BS crowd who screeched and railed about "profiling" muslims. Now we all get to be irradiated, groped and felt-up because the Left refuses to admit the people most likely with bombs are middle-eastern muslims.

Sanrene, stop generalizing. I am a liberal, ya know, equal rights for everybody type.

If our liberties, freedoms & rights are to be ever so slowly taken in the name of "fear" then NOBODY should be exempt.
No religious excuses or otherwise.

Muslims should not be allowed to have a special anything. They are the cause of this in the first place!!!!

Looks like Americans got tricked into thinking they are Israel.

Who knows, though. If enough TSA persons get sick of feeling up 400 lbs people, they might be the ones protesting.
I'm just saying. And people in wheelchairs, they can't stand up to get irradiated, so, how are the TSA going to truly feel them? They can't stand up to be felt.
This is so moronic. Good job, Janet, good job.

Well, it certainly wasn't the Right or conservatives who howled about profiling the most likely suspects, it was the ACLU and the Left.

Really, it is just insanity how we have been hogtied by the PC crowd. Let's look for the most obvious that wish to do us harm, and that doesn't mean frisking a 3 year old toddler or a nun.

No, I don't think they should be exempt. All or nothing.
I'd like to just bring up that one case of the woman who was made to prove her bottled milk for her baby was not in fact poison by drinking it. While it may be gross, they were taking protective measures, right? There was a huge uproar over her rights & the act she was made to do. Why? Take all precautions necessary to ensure flight safety, don't exclude anyone, right?

We should act like Israel. Their airline doesn't have any issues, because they do profile. I'd rather be safe than sorry. Safe is hurting people's feelings, oh well. Getting blown up is sorry. There are better ways of doing this and just because the government tells you that the scans are safe, doesn't mean that they are.
