Yes and he's also a great example of peoples' attitudes toward their health. If he really cared about his health, he'd lose weight and get some exercise. He wants to take no personal responsibility, make no effort, do nothing for himself but continue to fill his face and then expect the government will provide him all the open heart surgeries and blood pressure medicine at no cost to himself.

You may have hit on something - have a government plan but those on the government plan cannot eat fries and junk food of any kind, they would have to prove they are working on their fitness.
Yet - we still allow the food stamp crowd to fill their grocery carts with all kinds of junk. For their own sakes they should be limited to only certain purchases like rice and beans, peanut butter sandwiches but instead we let them go hog-wild in the food stores and then we have to pay for all their obesity related problems.
