I don't think it really matters what Obama thought because he wasn't President at the time. I really have an extreme dislike for Bush, really quite extreme, but I don't really fault him for his reactions on 9/11.

They Let it Happen: "THERE'S ONE TERRIBLE PILOT"

Obama's first reaction would be to stand and shout "Allah Akbar!".

This is so strange, if there is something 9/11 will never inspire me to do, is to crack jokes.

I don't know what Obama would've said.

But I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have sat and stared at first-graders for seven minutes after the second plane hit.

Not sure about a link, but what I remember from that day was that someone, an aide or maybe a Secret Service guy came out and delivered the news to President Bush. Some say 7 minutes elapsed before he responded in any way, I don't know about that. Then I remember the same or similar man came out after the second plane crashed. I don't remember what happened after that. The entire nation was stunned. Is it any wonder that the leader of the nation was stunned? Kvetch all you want about Bush, but I think he did the best he could under horrendous conditions. I wish nothing like this on President Obama or our nation.

Really? Good to know! I feel the same! My comment was NOT about 9/11 being funny but about an idiotic comment Obamma could easily make. Got it???

No I don't, this is about how Obama would have reacted when told that a plane had been crashing in the tower.

If you want to make it funny, good for you, but have fun on your own.
