Leaving aside the silly self contradicting term 'Aggressive warfare' (How does one wage unaggressive warfare? With taunts and dirty looks?) Waterboarding is not torture. And if Bush were 'aggressive' Iraq would be a US territory right now and not an independent nation of voting citizens.

Read it yourself:

A war of aggression is a military conflict waged without the justification of self-defense. Waging such a war of aggression is a crime under the customary international law. It is generally agreed by scholars in international law that the military actions of the Nazi regime in World War II in its search for so-called "Lebensraum" are characteristic of a war of aggression, the waging of which was called the supreme crime by Justice Robert H. Jackson, chief prosecutor for the United States at the Nuremberg Trials.

Bush, the British, the French, and most of the democrat run Congress at the time believed Hussein to be in the possession of WMD with plans to use them. His steadfast nose thumbing of the UN made invasion a necessary and justified action.

There were no WMD and the UN agreed with that. That was as feeble an excuse as the Polish attack on the German Radio Station. Bush is a WAR CRIMINAL and the rets of the world agrees. The United States is committing a War Crime every day they do not indict him. He is no better than his Nazi grandfather

Any charges brought yet on this BS?

Guess not.

You want a real criminal go for Ray Nagin who would not allow our National Guard into NO until after Katrina hit.

Whatever crimes Bush haters believe he has committed Obama has committed the same crime only worse by targeting drones to kill innocent people.

So is Obama an admitted war criminal?

I thought he was going to close Gitmo?

Is Obama torturing those at Gitmo right now?
