The rest of you, you've confirmed this country is sunk. Thanks. (oh, with the exception of one or two posters, but that sure won't turn the tide around).
Well if you want so much compassion, advocate for socialism in this country. Course keep in mind one of the prerequisites for socialism, according to history, is offing a couple hundred thousand people, you know thinning the herd out to make the transition a lot smoother

Well, I understand destitute. But I saw it through the eyes of an agile child. And I had woods I could forage in, and roadsides to find roadkill on (and a home to go to, to cook those things into soup, even if it was a shack). I could pull weeds for old ladies, and make enough to buy a bag of Grits. Then I could pull up Wild Onions from the schoolyard, to spice up the Grits. I know, however, how terrifying it can be for someone elderly. I had two old women who depended on me. When your body has given out, there's not much you can do, on your own, but die in misery.

The only thing missing in The War Against The American People is a formal declaration of war. This Cold War is a bipartisan effort, done at the behest of a strange assortment of hostile political and business interests. This is a campaign of attrition every bit as planned as the starving of those interned, during the Shoah, in the Warsaw Ghetto. The object is to replace Traditional Americans with more malleable and gullible people, and to turn North America into a vast cheap labor pool....virtual serfs working to strip the continent of resources, and man the giant factory-farms and monocrop forests.

Whether one commits suicide, dies 'naturally' from effects of poverty, is murdered by illegal aliens or home-grown 'under-served youth', or is shipped off to be gassed (or worked to death in a labor camp, presumably on foreign soil), the effect will be the same. More dead Americans: that's the goal.

Whether or not this particular suicide note is authentic, its contents eloquently describe the plight of more and more Americans.

Researching the Warsaw Ghetto will show you how, bit by bit, the people starved and died. First, it was people alone and infirm, like the writer of this note. Finally, even those who were well-connected and well-supplied with hidden assets were 'squeezed' until they were destitute. The Ghetto photograph that got to me most was of a thirtyish woman, now little more than a skeleton... obviously sophisticated, high-born...her perfect Semitic bone structure prominent in her starved state. She was wearing a beautifully-cut raincoat, probably Neapolitan....lying on a street corner, unable to stand...pointing feebly to her feet...trying to sell a pair of fine Italian Loaters for enough to buy just a tiny bit of food. After people had sold all their clothes for scraps of food, their near-naked bodies were collected from the streets.

Right now, the major focus is to starve-out the Old White Americans who voted Republican. But don't think for a minute that the rest of us are safe.

The current economic chaos is but another symptom of "money madness", and won't be cured any time soon.

Money madness is when people can't generate prosperity because they're distracted by money.

Prosperity is the creation, trade and enjoyment of surplus usable goods and services.

Prosperity is not created by taking from one and giving to another, nor is it measurable by the amount of money tokens one acquires.

When people are too busy "making money" instead of actually producing goods and services, things are about to get very very bad.

I am just so incredibly sad and ANGRY with anyone who would say these poor people don't need help. ********** country and ********** government and screw capitalism!
There's 11-20 million Illegal Alliens working and stealing benefits from Americans and Legal immigrants, they seem to be thriving and more are coming in.

They are more important to the Democrats and Obama than you are. If these parasites were deported it would save are economy Billions and cut unemployment drastically.

Fast Food joints, car washes, hotel workers, heck even Meg Whitman's Illegal Alien maid earned $23.00 an hour!!!!

Why follow ANY laws when parasites from foreign counties can come here, find employment, drain social services and YOU get to pay for it.

It's time to put Americans and LEGAL residents first.

I find it disgusting when the consumerism and materialism in this society has gone so far people kill themselves over what amounts to fancy toilet paper (FRN's). People need to shake off the materialism and they'll find themselves far happier. Some of my happiest recent years were while without any "real" job and only trapping and doing some other misc. things for income.

Tragic.

But wouldn't we all be unemployed without capitalism?

And what's wrong with that? People should be more independent.

I agree. It's very sad that any program for the needy or anyone showing compassion in America is automatically deemed "socialist". I am disgusted by the attitudes I read on here, ppl who think suicide is only for the crazies who probably should take themselves out. That post/letter from that man, Mark, didn't sound crazy, just desperate.

It's true, most Americans DO hate the poor. We are the most selfish, self-absorbed country. Who cares, if it's not effecting me, right? Karma is a beech!

Btw, if the middle class does keep getting squeezed so eventually all we have is a fuedal society- I would expect ppl to arm themselves and take to the streets. Remember the French Revolution? Remember, history has been known to repeat itself.

I would be willing to extend unemployment well beyond 99 weeks as long as the person is really looking for a job and we can directly take the funds out of welfare programs for those who refuse to work.
