ok, to answer your question more thoroughly. Yes, unless there is freedom of speech explicitly mentioned in their Constitutions, they can't have it. It would be illegal.

Yes he did. Knowingly accepting stolen property makes you just as guilty as the person who stole it. What happens when you buy a stolen item and get caught?

No, but OUR Constitution DOES NOT cover foreign entities' freedom of speech!
So answer my question. If putting stolen federal property online is freedom of speech, then wasn't filming that gay kid at Rutgers and putting it on the web just plain ole freedom of speech?

I'm not familiar with the gay kid at Rutgers story so no comment. Try to stay on topic please.

You absolutely are familiar with it. You spouted off in that thread about how it was not right and it was an invasion of privacy although the person who taped it lived there too.

Freedom of speech is freedom of speech right?

Who cares about the law when it's used to punish a good deed. Like the senators never lie or deceive? What world are you in??!!

This is OUR government. We have a right to know how it works.
You know like a Democracy?

He is Batman. You know your comic books right?

You do not have any right whatsoever to know what secrets there are. NONE! Who are you? Some sort of all mighty being? Pee-ons don't need to know some things.

So you are ok with stealing property and putting it online? Can I get a hold of some of your dirty laundry and air it out there? I bet you'd love that! You'd be the first to get the law involved.
Again, why was there an uproar about filming that kid having gay sex? It is freedom of speech right? His roomate did it and he lived there, he didn't have to break into or steal anything, but those kids got into a lot of trouble. Why is there this double standard. Some gay kid got his feelings hurt so he commits suicide because he has mental issues and it's a feel sorry thing for the kid. Here we have Federal secrets being put out there with the names of operatives and such, putting them and our country in danger, but that's ok?
