My employer has been forced to put a freeze on salary increases, bonuses and profit sharing. This developement, coupled with the fact that things only get more expensive everyday has meant that I've had to tighten my belt and reduce spending.

Time for the government to do the same.

I applaud the Right for actually gettting it "Right" and focusing on the biggest problem facing our country. The minute they start in on the "Family Values" crap before we address our out of control spending, illegal immgration and bringing our troops home and is when they again lose my vote.

Even if that were the case, do you not for even a second, think that obama isn't handing out rewards for the favors that got him elected?

Seriously?

It's odd that you would believe that Dems don't pander to the "rich" or corporate interests

Not necessarily corporations...he tends to pander to unions and George Soros.

By "entitlement programs," surely you mean Social Security and Medicare.

Try it....i double dog dare ya!

BTW...A "do nothing " congress doesn't make for popularity. But go ahead and see how far that gets you.

So when a party finally wants to show some fiscal responsibility they are acting like little children.........perhaps you might take a trip down memory lane of the last 2 years and remember some of the childish antics pelosi/reid and obama performed, when they knew they could get away with it. Right now the only thing the left is running is scared.
