If jobs come back too soon, it will make it much tougher for GOP to win in 2012.

Not necessarily. The GOP can point out that it wasn't until they took over congress that the jobs started coming back. I think people have turned sour on Obama... I don't know how many of those he can bring back.

Exactly correct. The private sector finally has the jackboot of the federal govt off of its throat and sees the light at the end of the tunnel. The business community is starting to ramp up operations now they have a friend and not a foe in Washington.

The trend has been right for some time now and the GOP hasn't even taken the Congress yet.

The Nov numbers were less than they hoped for, but the trend is still right: private sector is adding and public is reducing.

I don't think the improvement has anything to do with either party. It was just a matter of time. Companies hire when they want to hire, not because they have their favorite guy in Congress.

Wait... didn't unemployment just go up to 9.8%? Unemployment is increasing, not decreasing.
Employment Situation Summary

The private sector is being battered by Obama's and Pelosi's insistence on taxing them to death, so they're NOT HIRING. Go Dems.

Pretty Christmas colors on the arrows.
I'm guessing that's what lured the o.p. in.
