It wasn't a young girl, she didn't get stomped on. Twist the facts all you wish if lying makes you feel better.
Here, watch the video...She was already being held down by three large men when the cowardly Tim Profitt put his foot on her shoulder and pushed down hard on her shoulder, neck and head.
Wrong her history is very important as she has already been caught lying that she was a victim of a conspiracy to mob her.
Uh, we have video. We can see what happened. Her history isn't relevant. Watch the court proceedings and you may learn a thing or two. The only thing that is relevant is did he stomp her head (yes) and did he do it in self-defense (no).

She also RUSHED Pauls vehicle holding a sign and got to his window before being held back.
Irrelevant. That doesn't get you off a battery charge.

She was no victim, she was there to cause trouble or harm to the candidate.
The evidence indicates otherwise, but I can see you aren't interested in evidence. Too bad for you but the court will be. If this guy has any sense (and being a Teabagger, he probably doesn't), he'll plead out. Caught on tape FTW.

Her history is vitally important as she is a well known moveon.org trouble maker.
The judge will not agree with you, and the defense attorney is probably too smart to make this ridiculous argument. It's simply not relevant to whether the defendant committed a battery.
I take it you haven't spent much time in court.

Her claim to be just an innocent bystander is a lie so who knows what else she has to plans to lie about.
And has an arrest record for trying to cause trouble and harm to those who do not think like her.
We are talking about a woman who has had domestic terrorism charges put against her.
