It would appear that the problems with how foreclosures have been conducted are not resolved. The company that has profited the most by the wave of foreclosures embraced automation at the cost of accuracy, and while its CEO is cavalierly dismissive of its legal problems, it remains to be seen if the courts will be equally casual when the federal investigation is concluded.
