Why would he feel guilty for spending what he though was legally obtained money?

I have a tough time believing that he didn't know something was going on. I think it is much more likely that more than Bernie was involved in this multi billiion dollar con job.

Guess it just goes to show the old saying 'money doesn't necessarily buy happiness'.
Suicide is a desperate act by a desperate, very sad individual.

Agreed, I don't get why folks have that sentiment at all.

At some level, folks just seem to be pitchforks and torches. Pathetic...

yeah, you believe, you think, it was likely, blah blah blah. Good thing our nation doesnt legislate based upon beliefs.. With the hundreds of thousands of pages they left as a paper trail, Its far more likely that they couldnt fine one indication that he was involved or he would have been tried and put in prison as well.

Its possible that it might be coming, which might explain the suicide, but I'll reserve judgement until there is something to indicate this is true rather than just guessing and then pronouncing guilt prior..

How heartless.

Tell me again are you against the death penalty?

A family just lost a loved one, You might hate the actions of the man but how about a little compassion for those he left behind.

How could I tell you again when I haven't done so in the first place? That's nuts!... and wierd...

The slavering defenders of The Wealthy arise!

Heartless? Kinda like what the Madoff FAMILY did to investors? THEIR lives were ruined.....and the Madoff family DID NOT CARE!

Think the Madoff's would've cared about YOU if you were one of their raped investors???

No, I have no compassion for people who would gladly have kept up the scam if Da-Da hadn't been caught

But you keep genuflecting, it's good exercise..
