It is sad to see what has become of the American left. I think this thread demonstrates the left has no ideas left, only silliness. So lets try an end this quickly, altough the disturbed folks who actually give credence to this type of thought are invincibly ignorant. Ok, I propose all the folks who recieve government benefits pay all the taxes to cover the benefits they recieve. Same concept. Makes a lot of sense, no?

Short attention span who can't be bothered to read the thread he's responding to. I am a veteran. I did serve my country and continue to do so. I do not serve liars, cheats, thieves, weasels, or despicable cows corrupting religion.

I for one am not a republican nor a democrat and did not like the patriot act at all. just another bill that was passed that was not read and just passed in haste post 9/11.
I also do not worship golden calfs and am not evil, I already know whom my savior is.
I dont forgo any citizen their rights as it is their right to complain and protest. I just dont like it when they single out a group for their own ills.
I do try and be fair in my messages but sometimes I am not, i am just another human being with my faults.
I do not mind the poor, but please think about how many people would be poor if the federal goverment would have not started their war on poverty. anytime the goverment has started a war on a social issue, they have lost including being poor and drugs to name a couple.
as far as liars, cheats, thieves and cows, well there are enough of those on both side of the political spectrum to totally corrupt the entire political system for the next 1000 years. no 1 political party is solely responsible for the amount of coruptness in the USA.
