Actually, he'd still be in charge until impeachment proceedings completed. At which point in time President Joe Biden would be sworn in, as per the Constitution.
You obviously do not understand the Constitution, as nowhere in it, does it allow a non-president to be impeached.
The bottom line would appear, to me, to be that if the SCOTUS never rules that President Obama is NOT a natural born US citizen, then the point is moot. No?

This is getting ridiculous. The article very clearly gave examples of Arthur giving misinformation in regards to his father's age. If you wish to check the sources cited in the article, you are free to do so.
The article makes the claim that Arthur's father's age is represented differently in different sources. It makes no claim that Arthur himself was responsible for any of them.
