Pointless sarcasm.... since natural born citizen is an English language phrase, and we are debating over its definition.

The jury is now deliberating.
The defense asked for a slap on the wrist - a reprimand, “some” forfeiture of pay, no dismissal and no confinement.
The prosecution asked for dismissal, confinement for 24 months, and forfeiture of all pay and allowances.
