Given that he completely caved... the book will not sell many copies. Even among Birthers.

Was the order to deploy to the Pentagon legal? Really, it's a very simple question.

The Birthers are fair-weather friends at best. Look at Taitz - once a darling of the movement who could raise considerable funds, now a pariah that nobody wishes to be associated with.

I recognize it. You're trying to argue it to absolve the president's responsibility in deploying troops.

That would be dumb.
I agree, but you yourself said orders to deploy had nothing to do with the chain of command. So all it would take would be a direct superior.

Deploy! Deploy!

I have no sympathy for Lakin.

But his wife and kids? For them I am heartbroken.

WRONG. The Constitution doesn't spell out the eligibility requirement as Mr Jay defined it, and Mr Jay is not the law of the land. You're out of luck.

The second paragraph specifically refers to the first paragraph, which is clearly discussing natural born British subjects.

IC, I can recite the US Constitution from memory. Unfortunately for you, it doesn't spell out a distinction between natural-born citizen and plain, old citizen. So, that leaves you and the birthers.....nowhere?

Wrong again, Ranger. If you want to know what I'm actually arguing, then you should ask instead of trying to mind read.

Unlike you, I have demonstrated an ability to answer direct questions.

Please... learn the language.

I said the authority to issue orders had nothing to do with the chain of command. Go back and check.
