I think she is mean-spirited. I understand the concept of killing for food but I don't get killing for sport (whether you are going to eat it or not). Between the way she beat that fish and shot the caribou, I like her even less (although I didn't think that was possible). I just don't trust anyone who takes pleasure in killing. If it's a survival thing, I get it but I someone has to have a sadistic side to enjoy killing.
It is called the cycle of life. Humans are on the top. Although some would put us on the bottom.

That there is what you call a Caribou, not a Deer, I watched this on tv and got a big kick out of when they started cutting it up ......figured there were libs in tears watching bambi get quartered, not to mention when they got it home and he handed the heart to Palins little one. Anybody that is anti hunting , guns or eating animals already hates Palin, so what it does do is makes her more relate-able to normal folk.

Did anyone watch this week's episode? They had some little blonde city bimbo and her kids on, and went on a camping trip. The blonde whined about the rain and cold the whole hour or so she was there before having someone take her home. Entertaining watching some spoiled city chick in the woods.
It was interesting seeing the pragmatic way they prep for brown bears in camp, and the number of attacks they have in Alaska. Sarah did pretty good with the 12GA pump gun, much better than with the rifle.
