I sure hope that some killer doesn't take it on himself to kill one of the 5 justices we have now. Surely the new appointee would be Eric Holderman.
Unless one of the conservative members retires, or god forbid dies, obama would just be replacing like with like.

There is NO WAY obama would be able to a far left liberal judge through now anyway, not with the Senate closer than ever and the probability that the GOP will take that body in 2012.

Just another couple of example on why the 'MISGUIDED' liberals like to vote democratic, they are way too irresponsible to own a gun, and they know that the local police are all they need to protect them from murderers and thieves and because they believe liberal judges need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit some fringe kooks who would never get their agendas past the voters.

The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.

A gun man took over a Board of Education meeting in Panama City, Fl. A felon who should not had a gun to begin with and it took another gun to end it. Those member of the board said that 9mm looked like a cannon when he was pointing it at them. The board member realized that it wasn't the gun the man could have had a knife or anything else and there is no way of stopping a person committed to that kind of act. But it took a gun to end the take over. I'll bet those men will have a gun close by in the future, for 8 minutes they tried to reason with a man wanting to die and he did.
