Answer my questions please. Why is Harry Reid waiting until the last 2 weeks of the year to address the passing of a budget.
The vote came up in the house at the beginning of the month for extending the tax breaks for everyone making under 250k a year which was shot down by the right. The democrats came back with one of the biggest arm reaches I've ever seen, with a everyone making one million and under compromise that was shot down to the surprise of people on both sides of the isle and against what most americans wanted, feeling the one million compromise was very fair. Since then the democrats have been trying to work out some kind of compromise with the right but are offered little leading to the continuing bickering that should have been done weeks ago.

900 billion of that is the spending the right are proposing. The right compromise to giving a little more to the left, but then want more for themselves, so on and so on, taking spending up with it. What Reid has been doing with the senate are simply "test" votes to make sure the plan they are going to bring to the house floor will actually pass in the senate, instead of wasting people's time on a bill that would just get shot down again.

There we have it folks. The GOP is pouting and wants to go home because they don't like our American system of government set up by our forefathers. They want their own way otherwise they are taking their toys and going home!
This is exactly why Porky Pig Reid is wanting to stay.

Reid is not, and will never, try to actually take money from the 'rich' and give it to you like he, and other demoRATS, keep telling you they will. Reality is coming soon....wake up, get a JOB and stop blaming the Republicans for all your problems.
Who are you telling to get a job? Who are you accusing of blaming the Republicans for all their problems? Clever way to make personal attack without violating the TOS!

link? The House passed the DREAM Act last week but I've found nothing on a $1.1 Trillion spending bill or budget in last week's daily summary.
