How many remember my post about getting a refund, yet paying in no ¼ payment, or any payments.
I gave it to charity, after keeping it for months and calling for weeks.
Tax credit, was their reason.

The IRS says it undertook an aggressive campaign in 2009 and 2010 to warn at-risk taxpayers that they might not be withholding enough money from their pay, including public service announcements and YouTube videos.
The agency regularly advises taxpayers to check their withholding so they don't get a surprise tax bill when they file their returns.
That there are only 13 million stupid people out there I find encouraging. I'm retired, and was not eligible for the Making Work Pay tax credit (since I wasn't working), and yet I saw numerous articles and announcements telling people to make sure that they were having a sufficient amount of money withheld each pay day. If they didn't, and because of that they end up owing Uncle Sam some bucks, it's their fault and no one else's.

I think it's very racist of you to call the economically disenfranchised stupid.
