Can you give some examples?

I seem to see a lot of evidence of EXACTLY the kinds of rightwing misrepresentations that I spoke of in the OP through out this thread!

I haven't discussed a single conservative position-- Except their constant proclivity to misrepresent (or maybe LIE about) liberal positions.

They already do that in certain municipalities in England, and they are proposing cameras on the streets to monitor people depositing their refuse in the correct bins). You also want to police our behavior by expanding the nanny state and believing that the government can be better parents than the parents themselves. Etc. etc. etc.
Very good post and true. The open borders, sickens me to death, something i just cannot comprenend. So many don't seem to care about our undermining of our economic and social standings.
Nanny States don't make me laugh now, everything these days, is blame on some entity for some reason. Cap-n-trade, lets not even go there, Your right, and this makes sense.

How do you starve a Democrat to death?

Hide his food stamps under his work boots!
Yes, Thanks! More fuel to the fire! Liberals don't have jobs! We're out to secretly create a socialist society!

Thank you for proving my point over and over again! I've never had the right-wing be so supportive of a thesis I have proposed on CD... Especially to the point where they prove my thesis over and over and over again!

No one supports open borders. Find me one liberal politician or one liberal poster on CD who says they support open borders... None do. It's another right wing lie.

Try arguing the facts instead of your imaginary RushGlenEsque set of falsehoods.

No one is proving your point.. Are you telling me Democrats didnt support increasing foodstamps? (ignoring the fact the other poster was telling a joke ) The Obama stimulus package included HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS in new food stamps.. and if course if you didnt support the bill, you hated the poor!! There goes your mischaracterization of conservatives right there..

There is some of that hyperbole coming from the left towards the right... I agree.

I think more accurate statements would be:

Right wingers don't support programs that assist the poor.
Right wingers don't support the full equality of women.
Some right wingers (purposefully or inadvertently) support polices that would make minorities a permanent underclass.

I have counted at least a dozen mischaracterizations of liberal positions in these posts. Point proven. Over and over again. It's almost like the right wingers compulsively need to prove my point my spinning lies about liberal positions.

And I do support food assistance programs. No lie there.

LIE.. It was right wingers that supported the equalities of the minorities while left wingers opposed it.

What more needs to be said..

replace left wing for right wing and the right wing can make the same claims.
Both sides have tendency to characterize the other it is not a one way street. this is why running the country is so hard. if you misconstrues someone long enough it becomes the truth whether its true or not
