In a democracy in which all voters have a voice at the ballot box, anyone has as much right to one's opinion as one does to one's vote. You can't hide behind your own skirt: You have an obligation to defend your position -same as anyone else.
It's a democratic republic so there is a difference...every vote is not equal if it infringes on the rights of another which has been proven in court cases time and time again.
I'm pretty liberal when it comes to a lot of things, but I still maintain that having an abortion is not a woman's or anyone else's 'right.' Sure, abortion is acceptable in extreme cases (life threatening, cases of rape.etc) but I hate that abortion has become just another method of contraception. Especially if it makes some women less responsible, or use it as a 'get out' clause. There's nothing natural about killing a developing fetus in the womb....primitive humans didn't really have this option (I guess they may have had crude methods) but I believe if you're irresponsible enough to not take the precautions you have to bear the consequences. Although I do think if it's just a few cells that's a slightly different matter.
Btw is there anyone who is non-religious/liberal who shares my view?

Yes well people have sex for pleasure and if they don't feel like raising spawn then they shouldn't be forced too.

Saying an abortion is responsible is like saying it's responsible to replace the dog you ran over with a lookalike before your neighbor finds out.
Responsibility is not about getting your life back on track. It's about accepting the consequences of your actions. It is NOT about minimizing their effect on YOUR life. It IS about minimizing their effect on OTHER PEOPLE's lives. You just made a life. So you have to take that new life into consideration in order to call it responsible.
The proper responsible solution... the one that is best for everyone... is adoption. No it's not ideal for the mother... but it is a compromise that lets her stay responsible.
If you have an abortion, just don't call it responsible.
Yes....we don't have enough kids who are not being adopted so we should just pump even more into the system! Brilliant deduction there sherlock . Even though the kids won't have the benefit of a loving family....and good chances a very unhappy childhood....by golly their parents did the mature thing and let them live!

They are permanently scared only they keep it often hidden deep down inside -- a walk in abortion (4,000 per day in America) goes strictly against a womans maternal instinct and design . 40,000,000 million Americana children have died since roe v wade. Have of them by those 2 loud mouth scanks on the view. The other half by misguided women who bought into the feminist thought that it is OK to kill your baby because it is an inconvenience. Why don't we start killing old people, criminals, and non productive people instead. Just think one of the aborted babies could have been the next Einstein.
