Why would three giant spaceships have to hide behind Pluto? Are they afraid that we might have even larger ones with which to confront them?
Besides, why would anyone assume they were waiting for the right moment to attack our pitiful little planet? Maybe the occupants of those ships aren't even oxygen breathers, and they're staging for an attack on Saturn so we have nothing to worry about. That's the problem with these "reports." I don't know that our financial situation can take on too many more, illegal aliens. Could be why we have gone to the global economic scale. Other countries can pitch in and help us poor American's out. Where would they go to apply for a global green card?
