Tea Party favorite Herman Cain has expressed support for the Patriot Act.

Perhaps a debate with tea party members would not be really much of a debate and a waste of time as they seem to support the Patriot Act.

Do you support the act and Reids attack on the American people?

The only attack on the american people and the constitution was done by the republicans and tea party, who voted almost unanimously for the renewal of the patriot act.

What ? Where have you been for 2 years. Expiring portions of the Patriot Act have been renewed with no debate. 2009, 2010 and 2011.
The Dems are right there along side the Republicans and in 2009 and 2010 had the majority.

So don't act like the Dems are against the Patriot Act.

I always liked Ron Paul but Rand I can not say the same but I am pleasantly surprised by his speeches and his actions in the Senate. He is been kicking some neocon and neo lib a$$ with the same veracity.

Sad isn't it..that Congress does their dealings behind closed doors and only come to the floor to vote.
