It's a crying shame that there are people who believe in this country it is OK to allow anyone to die because they are poor, sick & can no longer work.

Can't be cost effective due to illness in this country, you can die......it's just wrong.

Why don't you people try listening to some of the people who LIVE in AZ, not to mention the OP. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, two Arizonans have now died due to Jan Brewer's death panel.

Don't make me start a separate thread on this!

And around 2,400,000 die that DO have health insurance. Not sure what your point is.

Meh - in the notorious hotbed of liberalism that is Texas, the "Futile Care Act" was signed into effect by the ultra-left Governor all the way back in 1999.

Hospitals can withdraw care over the family's objections. And they do.

Yup, I read all about that. Tragedy.

I guess this thread doesn't get much interest since the truth is that it's the right wing who really control death panels in this country.
