Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama.
Elena Kagan was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed
with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship. All
of the requests were denied of course --- by Elena Kagan, the Solicitor General.

The suits were never heard"
Kagan was solicitor general for all suits period.

None of the suits that came up with that search actually had anything to do with presidential eligibility.

the solicitor general is the defense for ALL lawsuits against the US brought to the SCOTUS...... that's their job!

" solicitor general
the law officer in the U.S. Department of Justice ranking next below the attorney general: the U.S. solicitor general represents the U.S. in cases before the Supreme Court"

solicitor general - Definition of solicitor general at YourDictionary.com

honestly people, 10seconds of research goes a long way.

they have absolutely ZERO authority to accept or deny a case in front of the court. that responsibility belongs to the justices.

Think about it.
i have. my viewpoint wouldn't change in the least. obama is "president x" for all i care in this scenario, neither dem or repub. i'm just curious how a political bias can turn into a complete confirmation bias ( ....and completely throw logic out the window ).

Well the fact is (whether you want to accept it or not) the Bush's live in Houston 9 months out of the year. The other 3 months during Summer time they are at their vacation house in Maine.

They are seen at Texans & Astro's games quite frequently as well as out & about in the tony River Oaks area of Houston where their real home is located.

possibly, possibly not. hospitals are not required to keep records indefinitely. federal law requires medical records to be kept for a minimum of 7years. some states advance this to 9years. ob/gyn records are kept till the child is 18 ( or a few years after depending on the state ). whether they kept a record or not is a moot point....... even if the hospital maintained such a record they would be forbidden from releasing to the public under hawaiian law.

the state health department is the body officially with the task of maintaining vital records concerning births. they already chimed in on the issue.
