Darwin wins again!

Seriously though, I doubt it can be directly tied to Michelle O's program any more than it can with higher gas prices or unemployment.

I saw earlier and honestly thought it was a joke essay.

0.4%. Big increase.

I particularly did like the part where she conceded that there was no scientific evidence to support her 'theory.'

There's been an update.

"GHSA's communications director, Jonathan Adkins, tells the Huffington Post: "Barbara Harsha was completely misquoted by the D.C. Examiner. "

Slight Uptick In Pedestrian Deaths Is Apparently Michelle Obama's Fault [UPDATE]

Common sense kind of suggests to me that incidents like the one where the young woman walked into the fountain offer a better explanation.

Well, that's just silly. Do we really have to tell people that, in a contest between a multi-thousand pound vehicle and a human, the vehicle will win every time?

Last night, I was driving home on a secondary road without streetlights, and saw a jogger on the shoulder. He was wearing dark clothes and running with traffic instead of against it. Your long-term health means little if you get splatted on the pavement.

Your subliminal meter is running high today. No where in my post did i indicate that every post was recycled, just this one.

i agree there's no need for your rant. so why are you ranting?

subliminal meter running amoke again. My comment was, there was no need for me to rant, the article was a joke that unfortunately you decided to spring on us before April 1st. I'm sorry you took my laughing at your attempt as a rant.

are you planning to contact WMAL and the governors highway safety association to discuss your outrage?
Why would I, I laughed at this silliness of the article enough.

ETA: barbara harsha appears to be the person you need to talk to.
Why, Barbara was already contacted and refuted the article before you started this silly little thread. Still LMAO

This is why you need to check the facts in the article before posting.

What about shoemakers? Aren't they actually responsible for helping these people walk into traffic?
