Economists are more optimistic about the recovery than they were just a few months ago, significantly upgrading their forecasts for 2011 as consumers open their wallets.
When asked to predict, nine of 10 economists said they're more optimistic than three months ago, according to a USA TODAY survey of 46 economists conducted Jan. 13-19.
Just in time.
I'll run down the bank in the a.m. and open up an optimism account. My hope and change ones are tapped and the bills are piling up.
Obviously if you had more personal responsibility and orientation for success you would have more cash in those accounts...or do you not believe in the libertarian ideal of "You have what you earn by your own hand"?
I guess nine is better than befpore but with most predictions on growth being salow for years and CBO statements on the deficit plus new news on SS runig out fo moeny sooner;plus no real paln to actually redcue spendig that slows the growth because of governamnt future liabities;I doubt nine is enogh really.
