Will it help to seperate the black students to improve their educational needs? Never thought they were different, now they want to segregate! What are they thinking?

Reverend Martin Luther King, who said: 'Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.' I think he meant this in a general sense not related to ones skin color. How do you interpret this?

I think they should help any child that will benefit from it.

Color should not matter.

That's probably not a bad idea. If it's based on performance and not race, then i don't see the problem.

Agree, from personal experiance. Was a slow reader as a child had to sit in the back of the room with different books. It helped motivate me to "get it" so I could fit in better/quicker.

Hmm...many of the black students are performing worse than many of the white students. Let's segregate ALL of the black students from ALL of the white students. That's not stupid at all.
