Number of U.S. Muslims to double - USATODAY.com

It's not a surprise, the immigration to the US grew strongly in the 2000s compared to the 1990s.
What do you think about it ?

I think they will still be too small in number to really effect our nation in anyway. It deserves attention though. When Western Europe was only 2% Muslim no one thought it was a big deal either. By 2030, Western Europe will be 10% Muslim, and they are not showing enough signs of assimilation. Europe pretty much let a whole underclass immigrate to their continent. The United States should keep a close eye on the progress of Muslim arrivals before we allow the same thing to happen here.

As long as they don't step on my rights I don't care. If someone does they should be judged on that act as an individual.

The Muslims that immigrate to the U.S. tend to be educated, middle-class, and open minded. This is in stark contrast to most Muslim immigrants to Europe who are often uneducated 'political' refugees (often religiously radical) and hold Europe and its cultures in disregard if not openly hostile toward their host countries.

Muslims have about ruined Europe now they have made a mass movement into that area.

Now we have to deal with this.

Muslims are welcome in America just like anyone else but knowing their history, they will be soon forcing their ways onto us and we will have to change to accommodate them.

Muslims like most illegals from Mexico do not want to be Americans like those who came to America many years ago. They want America to change to fit their ways and wants and not the other way around.

Europe is a perfect example of how Muslims have moved in and forced their ways onto a society.
