Even a very busy bank which keeps larger reserves would probably not want to cash a $30,000 or $50,000 check because it would throw off their weekly reserve of cash.
If the prostitute cashed a $30000. check, you can bet your booty that the bank filled out an IRS form on her. Failing to do so would have huge penalties for the bank. If she only deals in cash, she is downright stupid. She'd be better off to deposit it into an account. It would be far less scrutinized by anyone.
Very true.

I have been though two IRS audits.

They knew every move I made.

I first one I was a little nervous.

There was a $130,000 extra in the business account and I just could not think of why.

Then the agent pointed out she found it. I had sold a water truck.

That would only apply if the scenario was localized or you just needed to disappear quickly. If the SHTF on a national or global level, a roll of toilet paper would have more value than currency.

LOL If you're FAST, there are always going to be enough people that don't figure that out in time (ie. before YOU buy their stuff)

This thread is disgusting
Is there even any link or proof of this OP's claim? Other than like a TMZ/MSNBC/FOX link?

I don't understand that why in a supposed free country people are shocked that some rich man would pay for hot booty? Oh wait...

I don't understand that why in a supposed free country there would be regulations and forms filled out and sent to governmental agencies letting them know you were cashing a check that was YOUR money, not theirs? Oh wait....

I find that very telling... Given the financial crisis we're in...

Wow-

Get another bank. If they do not have that much cash on hand, it is very concerning.

That Charlie Sheen is certainly a wild child. I am wondering what he got for $30,000? The guy gets $1.2 million per episode of "Two and half men", so he has plenty of free cash to blow. It is certainly interesting to observe what many individuals do with a percieved infinite stream of cash. I really do not know why people are so concerned, as he has the right to spend money on whatever he wants.

The post is more about the bank not having the funds to cover the $30,000 check... Everybody knows Charlie Sheen is the highest paid actor on TV...
