Unless you live under a rock, you already know that a Florida Federal Judge ruled ObamaCare unconstitutional.

What you may NOT know is that Judge Vinson used Obama's own words to substantiate his ruling.....

Quote:
"I note that in 2008, then-Senator Obama supported a health care reform proposal that did not include an individual mandate because he was at that time strongly opposed to the idea, stating that 'if a mandate was the solution, we can try that to solve homelessness by mandating everybody to buy a house,'" Judge Vinson wrote in a footnote toward the end of the 78-page ruling Monday.
Ya gotta love this judge... not only is he attacking the constitutionality of the bill, he's got the guts to use Obama's own words to make his case.

I wonder what the left-bots will say about this. How much do you want to bet that they say that he took what Obama said out of context, or he is just an activist judge.

Obama must be an ACTIVIST too since it's he who said:

'if a mandate was the solution, we can try that to solve homelessness by mandating everybody to buy a house,'

Obama actually makes a good case as to why a mandate is ridiculous.Who'd have thunk he'd have such lucid moments?
